§ 32-12. Renewal; transferability.

Latest version.

Each permit issued under this chapter may be renewed from year to year by the holder of the permit, provided the permit has not been canceled for any violation of this chapter. The permit issued under this chapter shall be deemed personal to the holder and shall not be transferable or assignable.
