§ 32-11. Payment of ad valorem taxes.

It shall be the duty of every owner of a taxicab that is operated in the city limits to pay all ad valorem taxes assessed by the city against such vehicle and all other personal and real property used in such business. Failure to pay such ad valorem taxes before they become ninety (90) days delinquent shall operate as a revocation of the permit issued in accordance with this division.
