§ 32-13. Alteration of terms by city council.

The city council expressly reserves the right to modify, amend, change or eliminate any of the provisions of any permit issued under this division, during the life of the permit, to:
(1)

Eliminate or delegate any conditions that might prove obsolete or impractical; or

(2)

Impose any additional conditions upon any owner, as may be just and reasonable, and which are deemed necessary for the purpose of promoting adequate, efficient, safe taxicab service to the public.
