§ 22-8. Fingerprints/photographs.

At the time of applying for a permit or registration card as required by this chapter, the applicant or registrant shall submit to fingerprinting and photographing by the Pearland Police Department, upon request, and such fingerprints shall be kept as a permanent record in the office of the Pearland Police Department. All information provided by applicant or registrant shall be subject to verification by the Pearland Police Department.
