§ 22-9. Fees.

Before any permit shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter, the applicant therefor shall pay a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month for a term not to exceed three (3) months. Each assistant enlisted by a permit holder in accordance with section 22-3(1) shall pay a fee of five dollars ($5.00) per month for a term not to exceed three (3) months.

The provisions of this chapter pertaining to fees shall not apply to any registrant required to obtain a registration card.
