§ 9-106. Examination required.

Every applicant for a journeyman electrician's license shall successfully pass a written examination on the practical aspects of electrical wiring based on the National Electrical Code. The examination shall be offered at least quarterly by the electrical board or by a duly qualified and designated electrical testing agent. Examination dates and the designated testing agent shall be announced by posting in the city hall a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the examination date.
