§ 9-56. Inactive status for master electricians.

  • If, within the thirty-day grace period for renewal, the holder of a master electrician license desires to place his license on an inactive status, he may do so by paying a twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) fee. This fee shall entitle the holder thereof to maintain his master electrician license on an inactive status through the thirty-first day of December of each year by paying such fee. The holder of an inactive master electrician license may return his license to an active status by paying the yearly fee for renewal. The inactive status fee shall not be applied to the renewal fee.
