§ 20-102. Penalties.

(a)

A person who violates any provision of the special events policy adopted pursuant to this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

In prosecutions under this section, no culpable mental state shall be required to be alleged or proven.
