§ 20-101. Special events policy adopted; amendments.

The special events policy attached to the ordinance from which this article derives, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and a true and correct copy of said policy is filed in the office of the city secretary. Said policy may be, from time to time, amended by the city council by resolution, and said amendments shall be effective upon the filing the amended policy in the office of the city secretary with a certified copy of the resolution adopting said amendments.
