§ 9-137. Reinspections.

  • If, after the first visit to a job on written notice to inspect the same, it is necessary for the electrical inspector to reinspect the same, or it is necessary to reinspect any work whether from a defect or the work not being ready, the inspector will return only upon receipt of a written request for reinspection. Said reinspection shall take place as soon as the inspector's schedule permits, but shall not be given preference over inspections already scheduled. The inspector shall charge a reinspection fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each reinspection.
