§ 9-111. Required.

A permit will be required for any person to do any electrical construction of any character, install any electrical wiring, apparatus or equipment, or make extensions or changes to existing wiring systems installed for the utilization of the service of the supply company in providing electrical energy for lights, heat or power within or attached to any building.
