Each applicant for an electrical sign contractor's license shall, as a condition for
the issuance of same, furnish a license and permit bond and proof of minimum insurance
requirements as stated in section 9-69 as the mayor and city council shall approve and in a form approved by the city attorney.
The bond shall state that the bonded electrical sign contractor will comply with the
provisions of this Code, state laws and ordinances relating to the wiring and installation
of electric signs.
