A person desiring to contract for and engage in the business of installing, repairing
and maintaining all kinds of electrical signs, including gas tube signs, gas tube
decorative or illuminating systems, shall first obtain an electrical sign contractor's
license. The provisions on electrical sign contractor's license pertain specifically
and only to the maintenance and erection of the internal wiring of the electrical
signs or lighted billboards. All electrical supply circuits to, or electrical services
for the electrical signs or lighted billboards or maintenance thereto shall be performed
under the supervision of the holder of a master electrician's license.
