§ 7-62. Construction standards adopted.

Latest version.

For the purpose of establishing minimum standards for the construction of windstorm resistant buildings within the corporate limits of the city, the windstorm resistant construction standards adopted by the Texas Department of Insurance Windstorm in Title 28 of the V.T.C.A., Administrative Code, § 5.4011, are hereby adopted by reference, incorporated herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes, a true and correct copy of which shall be maintained in the office of the city secretary.
