§ 7-23. Issuance.

After review by the building inspector and acceptance of the verification by the proper agency, if applicable, the building inspector shall either approve or disapprove the application for a building permit and attest to the same by placing his name on the applicant's plans. One copy of the plans will be returned to the applicant so marked and the second copy, similarly marked, shall be retained with other pertinent data by the building inspector.
