§ 32-7. Permit fees.

Each application for a permit required by this division shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable permit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per vehicle if the application is for ten (10) or fewer vehicles and a nonrefundable permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per vehicle if the application is for greater than ten (10) vehicles. The initial application for permit shall be charged on a pro rata basis for the then current calendar year. The permit fees established by this section shall automatically increase by five (5) percent annually beginning January 1, 2009. Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be used to cover the expense of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
