§ 31-19. Drivers to obey; not to interfere with police officers investigating accidents.

Latest version.

All emergency auto wreckers dispatched to the scene of an accident by the police dispatcher shall obey all lawful orders given them by any police officer of the city investigating such accident and shall not in any manner interfere with such police officer in the performance of his/her duty.
