§ 31-15. Wrecker driver qualifications.

No person shall operate or drive any auto wrecker or emergency auto wrecker, whether on his/her own account or in the employ of another, except in compliance with the following standards and conditions, to wit:
(1)

All wrecker drivers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and be of good moral character.

(2)

All wrecker drivers must possess a current, valid, and appropriate driver's license which has been duly issued to him/her by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

(3)

All permit holders must provide evidence that their drivers are covered by the certificate of insurance required in section 31-5.
