§ 31-12. Authority of director to promulgate rules and regulations.

The director shall be authorized to make such rules and regulations as he/she deems appropriate for the operation of auto wreckers and emergency auto wreckers on the streets of the city and for the storage of any motor vehicle transported by any emergency auto wrecker to a storage facility.
