§ 25-1. Obstruction of railroad crossings.

  • Any officer, agent, servant or receiver of any railway company who willfully obstructs for more than five (5) minutes at any one time any street, railway crossing or public highway by permitting his train to stand on or across such crossing, shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
