§ 22-21. Not transferable.

A permit or registration card issued under this chapter shall not be transferable nor give authority to more than one person to conduct business as a peddler. Peddlers enlisting the assistance of one or more persons in conducting such business shall identify said assistant(s) in the application or registration statement in the same manner as the applicant or registrant. Assistants shall be issued a nontransferable identification badge or sticker. All permits, registration cards, identification badges, and stickers shall be attached to the peddler's/assistants's outer clothing and easily recognizable during peddling activities.
