§ 22-13. Issuance of permit or registration card.

No permit or registration card shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter until all provisions and requirements herein have been met.

Upon verification of compliance with all provisions and requirements of this chapter, the city secretary or his designee shall issue the permit or registration card within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed ten (10) business days.

Each permit or registration card issued in accordance with this chapter shall be in a form prescribed by the city, signed by the city secretary or his designee, dated as of the date of its issuance, and shall state the duration or term of such permit or registration. Any permit or registration card in violation of this section shall be void.
