§ 21-110. Penalties.

A person who knowingly violates any provision of this Article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
