§ 17-14. Maintenance.

Latest version.

Every person owning or operating a mobile home and/or travel trailer park shall maintain such park, and any facilities, fixtures and permanent equipment in connection therewith, in a clean and sanitary condition and shall maintain such equipment in a state of good repair.
