§ 14-3. Enclosure of premises.

Every place, other than a building, where any junk dealer carries on his business shall be enclosed by a tight board fence at least ten (10) feet in height. The enclosure shall be maintained in a good condition at all times, and no junk shall be piled or placed outside such enclosure or within the same so as in any manner to protrude above the enclosure.
